We are proud to offer no-contact delivery options to get your backyard products to your home. 
 * Orders must be received Tuesdays before 3pm to be added to the route for the week. 
* Orders must be paid for before delivery date to ensure product is delivered on time.
* Gabriola orders must be received before 3pm the day before the scheduled delivery to be added to the route.
– There is currently no extra charge for delivery within our local delivery routes (from Duncan to the Comox Valley), though we do appreciate a minimum ~$30.00 purchase when possible.

If you are outside our delivery range or experience any issues while ordering online, please contact us for assistance.

You can arrange for delivery via email (info@thebackyard.ca) or phoning the store at 250-390-3669 (toll free 1-888-808-BIRD[2473]). Online orders can also be made through our webstore, just select local delivery to your area during checkout. Make sure to double check your address, and add a phone number for us to reach you at.

Deliveries in Nanaimo are dependent on availability of delivery person and same day delivery is not guaranteed.

Local delivery is available from Duncan to the Comox Valley, with deliveries outside Nanaimo scheduled for specific days every month.
