* Orders must be received Tuesdays before 3pm to be added to the route for the week.
* Orders must be paid for before delivery date to ensure product is delivered on time.
* Gabriola orders must be received before 3pm the day before the scheduled delivery to be added to the route.

You can arrange for delivery via email (info@thebackyard.ca) or phoning the store at 250-390-3669 (toll free 1-888-808-BIRD[2473]). Online orders can also be made through our webstore, just select local delivery to your area during checkout. Make sure to double check your address, and add a phone number for us to reach you at. If you are outside our delivery range or experience any issues while ordering online, please contact us for assistance.
Deliveries in Nanaimo are dependent on availability of delivery person and same day delivery is not guaranteed.
Local delivery is available from Duncan to the Comox Valley, with deliveries outside Nanaimo scheduled for specific days every month.
South Nanaimo to Duncan: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
North Nanaimo to the Comox Valley: 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month.
Gabriola Island: 5th Wednesday of the month when there is one, or during the last week of the month with dates varied. Contact us directly to inquire about our next Gabriola delivery.
